Kids Woodworking Workshop Spring 2020

No prior experience required and all the tools and materials are supplied. Children will gain a working knowledge of techniques like measuring, sanding, sawing, shaping, drilling, setting screws, using clamps, hammering and painting. They learn about different types of wood and design projects using wood and their imagination. Power Tools such as a band saw, belt sander, and drill press are used with explicit safety instructions.

Dates and Times:

Wednesdays: Feb 5 to May 27

Thursdays: Feb 6 to June 4

Grades 1 to 3:  4pm to 5pm

Grades 4 and up: 5pm to 6pm
